Can I send sweets to a BFPO address?
Yes you can, but please follow the following directions for BFPO parcels.
All BFPO parcels are sent at domestic UK rates regardless of the Country that the parcel is being sent to. In order for the right postage to be applied it is important that:
1. UK is chosen as the Country of destination in the drop down menu when completing the delivery address (When the parcel is sent we will complete the address in-line with BFPO guidelines and there will be no destination Country included, the BFPO number will suffice).
2. Royal Mail First Class should be chosen as the shipping option - there is no courier delivery available for BFPO addresses
Please complete the BFPO address in the following format:
Service No Rank Name
Unit/Regt
Operation Name(if applicable)
BFPO No.
Free BFPO addresses
For BFPO numbers that classify for free postage we will refund your postage as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note there is a maximum weight of 2kg for free BFPO addresses.
For Op TELICK, Op HERRICK, BFPO 622 and HM ships in support there is no parcel service which means the maximum weight that can be sent is 2kg, for suitable gifts with weight of 2kg or below please see our 'Sweet gifts for overseas' page

How do I know what ingredients are in a sweet?
We try to check all of our weigh out sweets to see if the manufacturer has given any specific allergen information.
We provide any information about allergens on the label as a service for our customers. We do recheck ingredient listings from time to time, but, as a result of manufacturers changing ingredients or in the event that we need to source sweets from an alternative manufacturer for supply reasons, the allergen information shown should be viewed as "correct to the best of our knowledge" - whilst we do our best to ensure that it is correct we can not guarantee that this will be the case 100% of the time.
Because the scales that we use in the shop may be used for several sweets it is impossible for us to state absolutely that any of our sweets are 100% free of any traces of nut.
How long will it take for me to get my sweets?
We aim to despatch your sweets within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving your order, and state a typical delivery time of 3-4 working days when the products are in stock“ which usually they are.
If you do need your order by a certain date then let us know and we will do our very best to help.
All UK orders are sent either by courier or Royal Mail, and with the exception of some more remote parts of the UK mainland, orders delivered by courier will be delivered next working day after we dispatch. Please note the couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
If an item is out of stock but we expect to receive it shortly then we will hold your order to send everything together. If it is out of stock for more than 2 days we will email you to let you know and ask whether you would prefer for to wait and receive all of your order at the same time or if you would prefer us to send us what we can straightaway and send the missing item when it is back in stock.
On rare occasions where we are unable to obtain an item we reserve the right to replace it with a similar substitute of equal or greater value.
We don't send out packages on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holiday Mondays. As we are sure you will understand, we cannot be held responsible for the delays caused by any third party.
What do you do with my contact details and email address?
We do not sell, share or disclose any of your information to third parties.
If you have chosen to join our mailing list we will send you details of Special Offers, Competitions and News etc. But we will never pass on your details to anybody else.
On all of our e-mail communications to you we will give you the opportunity to easily have your name removed from our mailing list
How will my sweets be packaged?
All weigh out sweets will be packaged in heat sealed food safe polythene bags to keep them as fresh as possible. These bags will be labelled with details of best before dates and information regarding gluten and gelatine content.
We will also supply a white paper bag for each sweet you order so that once they are opened you can opt for the traditional way of enjoying them if you prefer!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We use SagePay to process card transactions and you can use any of the following credit and debit cards:
Visa
Visa Debit
Mastercard
Solo
Alternatively, You may use PayPal Express Checkout.
Can I buy from outside the UK?
Yes you can!
However, we are not able to ship to Canada or the US. This is because of the complicated import regulations for these countries related to sending sweets which simply make the process too lengthy, and expensive for us and you.
Orders dispatched to non UK destinations are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Please note, the maximum Airmail weight for a single parcel is 2kg, orders heavier than this cannot be processed on line, please contact us on support@loveyoursweets.co.uk if you would like to place an overseas order greater than 2kg and we can give you a quote for the most cost effective delivery option.
